Latkes
3-4 potatoes
1 onion
ΒΌ cup flour
1 tablespoon each salt, garlic powder, onion powder
cayenne pepper and black pepper to taste
- Grate the potatoes and onion into a large bowl. Mix in the flour and all spices.
- Drain in colander if the mixture is too watery.
- Form pancakes with your hands and fry in hot oil. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Tips and Tricks
- Serve with sour cream and/or applesauce!
