Latkes

3-4 potatoes
1 onion
ΒΌ cup flour
1 tablespoon each salt, garlic powder, onion powder
cayenne pepper and black pepper to taste

  1. Grate the potatoes and onion into a large bowl. Mix in the flour and all spices.

  2. Drain in colander if the mixture is too watery.

  3. Form pancakes with your hands and fry in hot oil. Adjust seasonings to taste.
