Cheesecake
2 cups chocolate graham crackers, crunched
½ cup butter, melted
3 eggs
2 8-oz packages of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
¼ teaspoon almond extract
3 cups sour cream
Combine crunched graham crackers and melted butter and press to the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat smooth (or blend) eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla, almond and sour cream.
Pour cheese mixture into the crust. (It's okay if it's higher than the crust.) Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes or till just set. Cool, then chill in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
