Waffles
1 ¾ cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
3 eggs, separated
½ stick butter, melted
1 ½ cups milk
- Sift together dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- Combine butter, milk and egg yolks and mix into dry ingredients until pebbled.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter until barely blended.
- Cook in a waffle iron.
